Flow and Value in the Agentic Enterprise.
500+ people expected to attend

Hear Directly FromTeams Building with AI
As AI changes the speed and shape of work, how do organisations improve flow across the whole value chain so that greater throughput translates into greater value — rather than simply moving the bottleneck!
Six Focus Areas
Every session at Scrum Day Nigeria is shortlisted against one of these areas. If you're attending, it's a preview of what you'll hear. If you're speaking, it's where your proposal should land.
- 01
AI and the New Flow of Work
How AI changes the movement of work from idea to outcome — where cycle times drop, new bottlenecks emerge, and teams redesign hand-offs and decision-making to keep up.
- 02
Designing Human + Agent Teams
How teams organise when AI becomes an embedded collaborator rather than a separate tool — what stays human, what goes agentic, and the new skills and roles that emerge.
- 03
Product & Software Delivery in an Agentic Era
Real implementations of AI across discovery, product management, engineering, quality, design and delivery — and what teams are learning when speed outpaces outcomes.
- 04
Finding and Moving the Bottleneck
How organisations find the true system constraint instead of just optimising one team or function — and what happens when production outruns governance and decision-making.
- 05
From Throughput to Value
How teams measure whether more speed, automation and output are actually creating value — and how they balance that against quality, learning and customer outcomes.
- 06
Leading & Governing the Agentic Enterprise
The leadership and governance changes needed to introduce AI without losing flow, trust or accountability — new operating models, decision rights, and the cultural resistance teams run into along the way.

What Past Attendees Said
I think the biggest learning for me today is that being a Scrum Master is not just a title; it’s a responsibility. Just like the captain of a football team, a Scrum Master is not only a leader but also a team player. It’s not just about having the title; it’s about being part of the team and being able to deliver value for the team.

My key highlight from today’s event has been the fact that every speaker, in their own way, reinforced that it’s all about the value you, as a team, deliver. Whatever structure works for you or your organisation, you have to remain focused on the output and make sure you’re delivering value.
Another key takeaway for me is that AI has come to stay. People say AI has come to take our jobs. Yes, it may, and yes, it may not. But AI is an enabler that each and every one of us should maximise.
I was here last year, I’m here today, and hopefully, I’m going to be here next year.

My key takeaway is about AI. AI is not actually going to replace our jobs; it’s going to be an enabler for what we do. I believe we should look to the future and focus on how we can train AI to be useful to us, rather than making ourselves a liability to AI.

It’s been an impactful day so far, but my biggest takeaway is a point made by one of the panelists, Ravi: ‘Shift left.’ This means that when you have processes involved in product management, you shouldn’t wait until it’s time for QA or testing. You should shift everything left and, as much as possible, put things and policies in place from the beginning to avoid mishaps later on.
Another key takeaway for me is the potential impact of AI in product development. There was a great panel session on that as well.
This is my first Scrum Day, and I’m glad I attended. I didn’t come last year, and I’m sure I missed out on a lot, so I’m already looking forward to next year’s event.

This is my first time at Scrum Day, and so far, I’ve learned how to streamline processes to ensure that we deliver products on time. I’ve also learned that, as product sales professionals or QA analysts, we need to ask several questions and understand the needs of end users so that our products are truly sellable.
This has been a really valuable programme for me, and I’ll make sure to put what I’ve learned today into practice.

My biggest takeaway from Scrum Day 2026 has to be the data analysis session. It really broke down the concept of data analysis in product management. I’ve always thought of it as something very abstract and technical, but the breakout session really simplified it for me and made it much easier to understand.
I’m definitely looking forward to the next edition, Scrum Day 2027. I hope you’ll be there too.

I really enjoyed the sessions. One of the key takeaways for me was the importance of ensuring that C-suite executives are also part of the building process.
It also reinforced something I’ve come to understand: AI is going to be a major enabler. You either get in the game or risk being left behind.
Another thing Scrum has helped me with is breaking things down into smaller, manageable chunks that I can deliver within a short period. This allows me to see what’s working, what isn’t, and make adjustments where necessary.
Damilola Daniel
Project/Product Manager
My main takeaway from the event is the advancement of Scrum and the way Scrum is being incorporated into our work, including what that looks like in real time.
One thing I’ve learned is the incorporation of DSU. DSU is not just about coming to talk about what you’ve done and what you’re going to do. It’s more about ensuring that your movement also equals progress.

I saw quality assurance from a different angle after it was discussed by Bimbola Alabi. It made me realise that QA is not just about what we ordinarily think it is; it goes much further than that.
This has also helped me understand how to plan properly. It makes me see problems better and allows my planning to become more detailed.
